The invisible harm
"The Invisible Harm" is a series of wearable fashion artefacts crafted from copper and ethically sourced feathers (legally obtained from peacocks and geese). These pieces interpret the persecution of birds driven by fashion demands and environmental pollution through their form, materiality, colour,
and texture. By highlighting the emotional connection between humans and feathers, the artefacts reveal the broader implications of human intervention,
exposing how wildlife silently endures human desires and actions beyond direct hunting. This work embodies the creator’s critical reflection on avian environmental suffering.
